摘　　要：合理的国民收入分配格局是经济可持续发展和社会稳定的基础。现阶段,上海正处于转型发展的关键时期,理顺收入分配格局及解决相关问题是当前面临的重要问题。一是完善市场机制,提高劳动者报酬占GDP的比重;二是强化政府责任,加强再分配对收入的调节作用。Rational distribution pattern of national income is the foundation of economic sustainable development and social stability.At this stage,Shanghai is in a critical period of transformation and development,how to rationalize the pattern of income distribution and solve related problems is an important situation which we are facing.One is to improve the market mechanism,so as to improve the labor compensation share of GDP.The other is to strengthen the government's responsibility to strengthen the role of redistribution of income.
