摘 要:随着中国经济快速增长和居民人均可支配收入水平的不断提高,人们对旅游产品的需求日益呈现出多样化个性化和集约化的趋势。然而,中国旅游产品的供给结构性矛盾比较突出,尚无法适应游客消费行为的改变,其主要表现为:旅游产品结构单一,有效供给不足、旅游产品缺乏特色,供给质量不高和旅游产品要素配置不合理,供给效率低下。因此,供给侧改革思维是推进旅游产品体系建设的必然选择,其主要实现路径有:以效率为原则,优化旅游产品要素配置;以需求为导向,优化旅游产品结构;以精品意识为理念,提高旅游产品供给质量;以改革为突破口,培育旅游市场主体。推进中国旅游产品体系建设,可供采取的政策及建议有:全面深化改革是前提,转变理念是关键,推进旅游信息化建设是支撑。With the rapid growth of China’s economy and people’s per capita disposable income increasing fast,people’s demand for tourism products is increasingly presenting diversification and individuation. However,tourism products supply in our country is facing with prominent structural contradictions,so it is difficult to meet the needs of tourists. And the main performance is that: tourism products structure is single,so the effective supply is lack; tourism products is lack of characteristics,so the supply quality is not high and tourism products elements configuration is not reasonable,so the supply is inefficient. Therefore,We should use the reform of the supply front to promote tourism products system construction. And its main paths are: optimizing configuration factors of tourism products under the principle of efficiency; optimizing structure of tourism products to meet the demand of tourists,improving the quality of tourism products with the consciousness concept and fostering the subject of the tourism market. Furthermore,to promote the tourism products system construction,some suggestions can be taken: comprehensively deepen reform is the premise; change idea is the key; and promoting the tourism informatization construction is the guarantee.
