摘 要:为解决利用斜轧方法生产热塑性较差、难变形、高合金的无缝管材问题,研究了一种短流程生产无缝钢管的新工艺,即斜连轧工艺,它将传统的穿孔和轧管放置在一道工序中完成,是对两步法生产无缝钢管工艺的探索。首先利用有限元软件对斜连轧工艺进行探索性研究,分析了温度场等的分布情况。进而在斜连轧试验台上对斜连轧工艺展开试验,试验表明,斜连轧工艺能够穿轧出无缝钢管。研究初步获得了新工艺的基本规律,验证了斜连轧工艺的可行性,这种工艺的发展能够有效提高管材产品的质量和生产效率。Tandem skew rolling(TSR)process is a new metal forming technique for producing seamless steel tubes of various dimensions,which is very useful for those materials of low hot plasticity,high deforming steel and alloy steel applying skew rolling process. The overall details of the TSR process are described,which combine the piercing and rolling traditional processes into a single step and make two-step process into reality. Numerical simulations of the TSR process were carried out using a commercially available FEM software to show temperature distributions in the rolled tubes.A new experimental method,developed under laboratory conditions,showed that the TSR process can produce seamless steel tubes with high manufacturing quality. Initial results of TSR process had been achieved and showed that the TSR technique has been found to be a viable process for enhancing the quality and productivity of formed tubular products.
