摘　　要：本文试图对伙伴关系管理过程进行一个理论的阐释。通过归纳,本文认为伙伴关系运行的机制是相互促进,两个变量共同利益和信任水平通过相互促进的机制影响伙伴关系的运行。四个"理想型"伙伴关系都存在自身特有的互动动态。当前中国外交正在努力构建全球伙伴关系网络,本文构建的伙伴关系管理理论框架对此有一定的启示。即范围上的全球性要求在伙伴关系管理中厘清全球利益与共同利益的交汇与区别,结构上的网络性要求在伙伴关系管理中注重信任网络的建设。This article attempts to give a theoretical explaination on the partnership management process. By induction, this paper argues that mutual improvement is the operational mechanism of partnership, two variables the common interests and trust levelthrough the mechanism of mutual promotion affect the operation of the partnership. there are four ＂ideal type＂ partnerships, each ＂ideal type＂ partnership has unique dynamic interaction. China is trying to build a global network of partnership, partnership management theoretical framework of this paper constructs a certain inspiration. That global scope on management partnerships destined to the intersection with the difference between global interests and the common interests of the network structure on the network requires focus on building trust in the partner relationship management.
