复方戊二醛与邻苯二甲醛消毒剂对细菌芽孢杀灭效果的研究

摘　　要：目的比较几种复方戊二醛消毒剂和邻苯二甲醛消毒剂对细菌芽孢的杀灭效果。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002)要求,在实验室条件下对复方戊二醛、邻苯二甲醛消毒剂进行枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的悬液定量杀菌试验。结果实验室研配筛选的6种复方戊二醛消毒剂,有5种对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用120 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;全部6个样品作用240 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。市场上抽选4种邻苯二甲醛样品,有3种对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用300 min,平均杀灭对数值均<5.00。3%牛血清白蛋白对5组1%复方戊二醛消毒剂消毒效果有轻度影响,1组配方有中度影响。结论加入阳离子表面活性剂能明显增强戊二醛对细菌芽孢的灭杀作用。1%复方戊二醛消毒剂对细菌芽孢的杀灭作用明显优于0.55%邻苯二甲醛消毒剂。有机物对1%复方戊二醛消毒剂消毒效果有轻度至中度影响。Objective To study and compare the disinfection and sterilization effects of some kinds of potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfectants and ortho-phthalaldehyde.Methods The Bacillus subtilis var.niger spore＇s suspension quantitative bactericidal tests for potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfectants and ortho-phthalaldehyde were used according to the ministry of health and regulatory oversight division Technical Standard For disinfection（ 2002）.Results The killing logarithms of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spore exposed to the 5 /6 of the glutaraldehyde solution for 120 mins were〉5.00 and exposed to the solution for 240 mins were all 〉5.00.The killing logarithms of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spore exposed to the 3 /4 of the ortho-phthalaldehyde solution for 300 mins were〈5.00.The 3% bovine serum albumin had slight influence on sporicidal efficacy of five potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfectants and had moderate influence on sporicidal efficacy of one potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfectant.Conclusion The experiment shows that cationic surfactant can enhance the germicidal effect of potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfectants.The disinfection and sterilization effects of the potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfectants（ 1%） are better than those of the potentiated ortho-phthalaldehyde disinfectants（ 0.55%）.The 3% bovine serum albumin has slight or moderate influence on sporicidal efficacy of the potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfectants（ 1%）.
