白色念珠菌抗消毒剂基因检测及其对苯扎溴铵抗性研究

摘　　要：目的研究临床分离的白色念珠菌携带抗消毒剂基因情况及其对苯扎溴铵的抗性水平。方法采用基因扩增(PCR)技术和分离培养的方法,对医院临床分离的白色念珠菌携带抗消毒剂基因及其抗季铵盐类消毒剂情况进行检测与评价。结果从某医院临床送检标本中分离到白色念珠菌15株,均未检测到携带qac E△1-Sul I和qac A/B等抗消毒剂基因。在15株临床分离的白色念珠菌中,苯扎溴铵对其中3株菌的MIC值高于标准菌株,苯扎溴铵对其中2株的MBC值高于标准菌株;同时发现2株菌MBC值低于标准菌株。结论本次在临床分离15株白色念珠菌未检出抗消毒剂基因,但少数菌株对苯扎溴铵MIC值和MBC值高于标准菌株,同时也有菌株MBC值低于标准菌株。Objective To study the clinical isolates of Candida albicans carrying anti disinfectant gene and its resistance to benzalkonium bromide.Methods The gene amplification（ PCR） technology and the methods of isolation and culture were used to detect and evaluate the disinfectant-resistant gene and anti quaternary ammonium disinfectant resistance of clinical isolates of Candida albicans.Results The disinfectant resistant gene which named qac E△ 1-Sul I and qac A / B were not detected in 15 strains of Candida albicans that isolated from hospital clinical specimens.In 15 strains of clinical isolated Candida albicans,the MIC values of benzalkonium bromide to 3 strains of Candida albicans were higher than that of the standard strain,the MBC values of benzalkonium bromide to 2 strains of Candida albicans were higher than that of the standard strain.At the same time,we also found that the MBC values to two strains were lower than that of standard strain.Conclusion The anti disinfectant genes are not detected from 15 strains of clinical Candida albicans,while the MIC value and MBC value of benzalkonium bromide to a few strains are higher than that of the standard strain,and the MBC values of some strains are lower than that of the standard strain.
