南昌市托幼机构消毒质量现状三年调查

摘　　要：目的了解南昌市城乡托幼机构消毒质量,找出薄弱环节,提高托幼机构卫生消毒水平。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量培养方法,对南昌市城区和郊县托幼机构卫生消毒质量进行检测与分析。结果 2011-2014年共计从南昌市托幼机构中采集不同消毒对象标本9 927份,各年度消毒质量合格率分别为83.38%、90.73%、92.25%和94.92%。城区托幼机构室内空气、课桌椅、玩具、工作人员手、餐饮具、毛巾及床上卧具的平均合格率分别为88.79%、97.54%、95.22%、93.42%、94.81%和96.00%。县区农村托幼机构室内空气、课桌椅、玩具、工作人员手、餐饮具、毛巾及床上卧具的平均合格率分别为64.63%、74.24%、73.68%、53.24%、77.98%和75.76%。结论南昌市城区托幼机构卫生消毒质量明显高于农村,提示对托幼机构卫生消毒管理和资源应向农村倾斜。Objective To know the disinfection quality and find out the weak links of urban and rural kindergartens in Nanchang City,so as to improve the level of disinfection.Methods Detection and analysis were conducted by the methods of field sampling and quantitative bacterial culture.Results From year 2011 to 2014,there were 9 927 different disinfection specimens from the kindergartens in Nanchang City,and the average qualified rate of all kindergartens was 88.84%.The average qualified rates of indoor air,desks and chairs,toys,staff hands,tableware,towels and bed bedding from urban kindergartens were 88.79%,97.54%,95.22%,93.42%,94.81% and 96.00%,respectively.While those of rural kindergartens were 64.63%,74.24%,73.68%,53.24%,77.98% and 75.76%,respectively.Conclusion The disinfection quality of urban kindergartens is significantly higher than that of rural areas.The results suggest that it is necessary to strengthen the disinfection management and resources of rural areas.
