高校图书馆服务功能性发展新思路探究

摘　　要：高校图书馆引入课堂教学相关资源,丰富校外资源,融合各民族艺术资源,充分利用多样化载体的特色文化资源,多种途径履行文化传播功能,辅助学生自主学习,提升各民族学生间的交流。通过大数据系统获取学生不同的兴趣爱好及发展需要,完善学生知识结构与专业视野,打造有针对性的培训系统,充分展现服务主体的个人意愿。研究指出,引入就业岗位分类与能力要求检索系统,注重图书馆环境的美化与工作人员的培训,可有效提高高校图书馆的服务职能化。The university libraries lead into the classroom teaching resources,enrich the external resources,integrate all national art resources,make full use of the featured cultural resources of diverse carriers,perform the cultural transmission function in variety of ways,assist students learning independently and enhance the exchange among students from different nationalities. The large data system helps obtain different interests and development needs of students,improve students＇ knowledge structure and professional vision,create the targeted training systems,and show the personal wishes of the service subject. The research indicates that introducing employment classification and capacity requirements retrieval system,focusing on the beautify of libraries＇ environment and training of libraries＇ staff can effectively improve the service functionalization of university libraries.
