摘  要:教学领导理论是西方教育领导理论之一,其关注的焦点是通过改善管理者及教师的行为,进而提高学生的学习质量。国内关于大学生学习情况调查的研究结果表明,教学领导者在学校教育教学工作中的管理行为直接影响着大学生的学习质量。为提高学生的学习成效,改进教学领导,应基于学情分析,通过实施校长教学述职、开展课堂教学创新、进行校本学情研究等教学领导策略,以提升教学领导水平,促进学生的发展。Instructional leadership theory is one of the western educational leadership theories,and it focuses on enhancing students' learning qualities by improving the behaviors of administrators and teachers. The domestic studies on the learning qualities of college students show that the administration behaviors of instruction leaders in the school education and teaching have direct effect on the learning qualities of college students. In order to improve students' learning qualities and the level of instructional leadership,it is supposed to be based on student analysis,and implement instructional leadership strategies,including promoting principal teaching report,organizing innovative activities in classroom teaching,carrying out the studies on school learning situation,and so on.
