摘 要:某公司连铸机冷却水管道接头法兰发生断裂,为明确其失效原因,对其进行了化学成分、硬度、显微组织、断口形貌等检验分析。分析结果表明,该法兰材质中C的质量分数为0.17%,远高于标准要求,而Ti的质量分数仅为0.004%,远低于标准要求,Ni的质量分数不足,Cr的质量分数也仅达到标准下限要求。由于该法兰材质不合格,服役过程中极易在晶界及邻近区域形成贫Cr区,从而降低了材料的耐腐蚀能力。Ni的质量分数不足进一步促进了晶间腐蚀,使法兰在使用过程中发生晶间腐蚀而引起断裂。The joint flange of cooling water pipe of continuous casting machine in one company was fractured. In order to identify the failure cause,the chemical composition,hardness,microstructure and the appearance of fracture were tested and analyzed. The results indicated that the content of C in flange material was 0.17%,which was far above the standard. The content of Ti was only 0.004%,which was far below the standard. Moreover,the content of Ni and Cr only reached the lower limit of standard request. Due to the unqualified material of flange,the poor- Cr zone was easily formed at crystal boundary and adjacent areas during service,reducing the corrosion resistance of material. The lack of Ni content further accelerated the intercrystalline corrosion,which caused the failure of flange in use.
