摘 要:以己二酸、乙二醇、二甘醇为原料,钛酸四异丙酯为催化剂合成聚酯多元醇;再以该自制聚酯多元醇和二苯甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯(MDI)为主要原料,制备了低密度中底聚氨酯鞋底原液;讨论了此工艺中物料温度、模具温度及匀泡剂对制品密度及性能的影响,并与传统工艺进行了对比。结果表明,此工艺制备的产品在降低密度的同时各项技术指标符合预期目标。In this paper, the polyester polyol was prepared from adipic acid, ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol, using tetraisopropyl titanate as catalyst. The polyurethane shoe midsole with low density was prepared by this polyester polyol and 4,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI). Compared with the traditional process, the effects of material temperature, mold temperature and foam stabilizers on the density and properties of the product were also discussed. The results showed that the product density was decreased and all the technical indexes met the expected design requirements.
