摘  要:以聚酯二醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、氟素拨水剂等为原料,合成了高剥离强度耐水解合成革湿法用聚氨酯树脂。讨论了不同种类聚酯二醇用量、拨水剂和固含量对合成革水解后剥离负荷的影响。结果表明,聚己二酸-1,6-己二醇酯二醇(PHA)和PTMG摩尔比为2∶8,氟素拨水剂添加量为0.3%,可合成得到具有良好耐水解性能的30%固含量高剥离聚氨酯树脂。Anti-hydrolyzing high peeling strength polyurethane resin for wet-process synthetic leather applica- tions was synthesized using raw materials including polyester diol, polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG), diphenyl- methane diocyanate ( MDI), etc. The effect of the type and amount of polyester diol, dosage of hydrolysis resistant agent ( water repellent agent) as well as the solid content of the resin on the peeling strength of the synthetic leather after hydrolysis was investigated. The results showed that an anti-hydrolyzing high peeling strength polyurethane resin was obtained when the ratio of poly ( 1,6-hexamethylene adipate) glycol to PTMG was kept at 2 : 8, dosage of hydrolysis resistant agent (water repellent agent) was 0. 3%, and resin solid content was 30%.
