摘  要:以Wacker有机硅产品为脱模剂,考察了不同黏度的二甲基硅油(AK系列)、氨基改性硅油以及硅树脂/硅油复配物对微孔聚氨酯鞋底材料脱模效果的影响。结果表明,随着AK系列硅油黏度增长,脱模次数明显上升,所需脱模力下降,总体脱模性能提高。与AK硅油相比,氨基改性硅油具有更优异的性能,可以降低硅油用量提高脱模次数的同时提高底物的光泽,硅树脂/硅油复配物则可以明显提升脱模效率。Wacker AK series silicone fluid with different viscosity, amino modified silicone compound and compound of silicone resin and silicone oil were applied as release agent, their demoulding effects in the production of the microcellar polyurethane foam which was used for shoe soles were evaluated. The results showed that demoulding times increased and demoulding force decreased with the viscosity of AK fluid increasing, overall demoulding performance increased. Comparing with AK silicone fluid, the amino modified silicone had better demoulding performance. The dosage of amino modified silicone could be greatly reduced, mean while its demould times and substance gloss could be improved obviously. The compound of silicone resin and silicone oil had obvious improved demoulding efficiency.
