摘  要:在热镀锌生产过程中,热镀锌渣的产生不可避免,不仅造成大量锌消耗的急剧增加,而且还会影响产品质量。通过对热镀锌渣生长机制、形成原因进行分析,结合邯钢实际提出了减少锌渣的控制措施及建议。锌锅中锌液铝质量分数控制在0.2%~0.3%,锌液温度波动范围为460~466℃,带钢温度维持在440~480℃。生产线速度控制在70~100m/min。通过合理优化镀锌工艺,有效减少了锌渣的生成量,节约了原材料的消耗,降低了生产成本,对改善产品质量具有重要的指导意义,可操作性较强。In galvanization production,the hot-dip galvanizing slag was unavoidable,which not only increased the consumption of zinc,but also affected the quality of products.Through analyzing the growth mechanism and formation causes,the measures and suggestions to reduce zinc slag were proposed combined with the practic in Handan Steel.As follows,in zinc bath,the aluminum content of zinc liquid was controlled in the range of 0.2%to 0.3%,the zinc liquid temperature ranged from 460 to 466℃.The strip temperature maintained at 440 to 480℃,and the production line speed was controlled in 70 to 100m/min.By reasonably optimizing the galvanization technology,the amount of zinc slag,the consume of the material and the production cost were reduced,which can provide a practical guiding significance for effectively improving the product quality and a strong operability.
