摘 要:针对某重型车用柴油机的燃烧特性与污染物排放特点,通过台架试验方法测试了不同转速和不同负荷下重型车用柴油机的燃烧特性、主要污染物PM与NO_x排放。结果表明:对该重型车用柴油机,在外特性高转速工况下,滞燃期增长,缸内燃烧过程中扩散燃烧所占比重增加;在柴油机常用转速1 400 r/min情况下,随着柴油机负荷增加,滞燃期逐渐缩短,燃烧持续期呈先缩短后增加的趋势,扩散燃烧所占比重增加。在外特性低转速工况,柴油机缸内的滞燃期较长,燃烧温度高,碳烟和NO_x排放均较高;在高负荷工况,由于供油量加大,燃烧持续期变长、燃烧温度高,碳烟和NO_x排放也比较高。Aiming at the research on combustion and emisision characteristics of heavy-duty vehicle diesel engine,a bench test was carried out for PM and NO_xemission for a certain type diesel engine under different speed and loads. Results shows that for this type of heavy-duty vehicle diesel engine,under high speed of external characteristics conditions,ignition delay is longer and the proportion of diffusion combustion increases. Under the speed of1 400 r / min,ignition delay decreases with load increases,combustion duration shortened at first,then increases,the proportion of diffusion combustion increases. The ignition delay is longer and cyclinder temperature is higher under lower speed external characteristics of diesel engine,the emissions of soot and NO_xare heavier; with large load of external characteristics of diesel engine,the emissions of soot and NO_xare heavy as well.
