摘  要:为自主研制随钻地层压力测量工具,研制了一套随钻地层压力模拟试验装置。装置由井眼环境模拟系统、模拟测量短节、操作控制系统和辅助系统四部分组成。该装置能够模拟地层压力环空压力之外,还可以提供高温高压试验环境。该装置可实现地层压力和环空压力0.1~70 MPa可调,控制精度0.1 MPa,环空压力上升梯度约为1.25 MPa/min,地层压力上升梯度约为1.56 MPa/min,温度范围为室温~125℃,温度控制精度1℃,温度上升梯度平均为1.6℃/min。并选用了两种不同渗透率岩心对随钻地层压力测量模拟试验装置进行试验,结果表明模拟装置各模块工作可靠,所测压力曲线能够反映地层压力参数。该装置为检验原理样机性能、揭示改进方向提供了技术支撑。In order to develop formation pressure measurement while drilling( FPWD) tool,a formation pressure simulation equipment is developed in Sinopec lab. This equipment includes four subsystems,which are well environmental simulating subsystem,measurement units,temperature and pressure control subsystem and supplementary subsystem respectively. This equipment can provide formation pressure、well pressure and well temperature at the same time,the pressure range are from 0. 1 MPa to 70 MPa,the control precision is 0. 1 MPa,and the increasing rate are 1. 25 MPa / min and 1. 56 MPa / min for well and formation pressure. The temperature range is from room temperature to 125 ℃ with precision 1 ℃,and its increasing rate is 1. 6 ℃ / min. The equipment runs by setting up different permeability man-made cores,the pressure curves measured by FPWD prototype are consist with formation pressure provided by the equipment. The testing results have proved that the equipment can provide technical supports for verifying and further improving the FPWD prototype.
