摘　　要：目的降低急诊药房值班风险,保障患者与医院的利益。方法分析急诊药房值班所面临的风险因素,制订相应的整改措施。结果与结论环境与标示、医师与患者药师与管理等是导致急诊药房值班风险的主要方面。优化环境配置、完善合理流程、严格的药房管理及高素质药师团队等措施可进一步保证急诊患者的用药安全,有效降低急诊药师自身的工作风险。Objective To reduce the risk of Emergency Pharmacy on duty, to safeguard the interests of patients and hospital. Methods The risk factors in Emergency Pharmacy duty facing were analyzed, and corrective measures were formulated. Results and Conclusion Environment and labeling, physicians and pharmacists and patient management are the main factors of emergency risk in the pharmacy on duty. We should optimize the environment configuration, perfect and reasonable process, strict management and high- quality pharmacy pharmacists and other measures to further ensure the drug safety for emergency patients, reduce the risk of emergency risk of pharmacist work effectively.
