二甲双胍联合强化生活方式干预对2型糖尿病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白及胰岛素敏感指数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者应用二甲双胍降糖治疗或强化生活方式干预前后血清超敏C反应蛋白及胰岛素敏感指数水平变化情况。方法选择2013年3月至2014年3月医院内分泌科门诊和住院治疗2型糖尿病患者134例,按照随机数字表法无法分成观察组和对照组。观察组患者强化生活方式干预并服用二甲双胍片降糖治疗,对照组患者仅服用二甲双胍,干预2个月。观察并比较两组抗糖尿病治疗效果及干预前后各项指标变化情况。结果干预后,观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的体重指数(BMI)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、血糖水平和血脂水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生活方式干预能显著降低2型糖尿病患者的BMI和血糖水平,改善血脂代谢,降低胰岛素抵抗,恢复对胰岛素的敏感性。Objective To analyze the influence of metformin combined with strengthening lifestyle intervention on serum high sensitive C- reactive protein and insulin sensitive index. Methods 134 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in March 2013 to March2014 in the Endocrine Department of the hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the number table methods,the observation group of patients was given diet control,strict dietary energy restriction and with the laws of motion,to change their bad life style and taking metformin for treatment. The control group was treated with metformin tablets only. For 2 months of intervention,the effect of anti diabetes treatment for the two groups and the changes of the indicators before and after the intervention were observed. Results After intervention,the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After the intervention, the BMI, hs CRP and blood glucose levels（ FBG, 2hbg,HbA1c, HOMA- IR, fins and ISI） and lipid levels（ TG, TC, HDL- C and LDL- C） of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Lifestyle intervention can significantly decreased weight index and blood glucose levels in aged patients with type 2 diabetes,improve lipid metabolism,reduce insulin resistance and restore insulin sensitivity.
