摘  要:研究非常温下温度对烃类可燃气体最小点火能的影响。通过电火花点火方法,以甲烷为试验气体测得最小点火能测试系统的敏感条件,验证测试系统的可靠性。在20~80℃范围内、测试系统可靠、气体敏感体积分数下,测试烃类可燃气体最小点火能随温度的变化规律。结果表明,测试系统的敏感间隙为1.5 mm,敏感电容为60.168p F。试验测得甲烷最小点火能为0.263 m J,与文献值0.28 m J基本一致,测试系统可靠性好。丙烯、异丁烯、异丁烷和环氧乙烷的敏感体积分数分别为4.8%、3.3%、3.2%和8%。在20~80℃范围内,这4种烃类气体的最小点火能都随温度升高呈显著的线性下降趋势。为避免具有同样性质的可燃气体发生燃烧或爆炸危险,需密切关注此类气体自身温度及其生产、储存和工业使用过程的环境温度。This article intends to make an exploration of the impact of the temperature on the characteristic features of the minimum ignition energy( MIE) of the hydrocarbon combustible gases under the abnormal conditions. For the given purpose,we have chosen methane as the sampling testing gas to get the sensitive conditions of the minimum ignition energy and conducted tests to find the sensitive electrode gap and the sensitive capacitance through the electric spark ignition. The testing results have shown that the reliability of the said testing system can be made to work through the experiments in the same way as provided by the literature data under the same test conditions. What is more,the data of the minimum ignition energy that has been existing can be said to be of great validity. In addition,the results of our experiments make us believe that it is necessary to obtain the variation regularity of the temperature-dependent minimum ignition energy under the reliable testing system we have proposed,plus the sensitive concentration and the temperature range condition between 20-80 ℃. What is more,the experimental results also show that the testing system enjoys high precision and reliability with the sensitive gap of the testing system being 1. 5 mm and the sensitive capacitance- 60. 168 p F. Moreover,the minimum ignition energy value( 0. 263 m J) of the methane gas we have gained turns to be basically consistent with those( 0. 28 m J) given in the literature with the gap of the sensitive concentration of 10% under the sensitive measuring conditions,while the sensitive concentrations of propylene,isobutylene,isobutene,and epoxy ethane prove to be4. 8%,3. 3%,3. 2% and 8% under the condition of the reliable testing system within the safe limit. Nevertheless,in general,the minimum ignition energy values tend to keep an obviously linear decreasing trend with the increase of temperature,though the minimum ignition energy tends to vary greatly with the increase of temperature in the temperature range of 20- 80
