摘 要:溜井围岩现存应力状态对于溜井稳定性分析具有重要意义。为准确判断溜井围岩安全稳定情况,在室内岩石力学试验结果和岩石质量评价RMR值的基础上,通过折减计算获得相关岩体参数。采用空区激光探测系统(CMS)探测获取了溜井的三维实体模型。参照已获得的矿区原岩应力参数,运用SURPAC和FLAC3D复杂地质体建模技术建立了矿区和溜井围岩三维数值分析模型,使用模型重构的方法获取了溜井围岩稳定性分析的原岩地应力参数,基于多元回归方法精确反演出溜井围岩的现存应力状态。结果表明:1)溜井围岩在标高为-292^-264 m时,溜井受矿石冲击的区域变形严重,存在失稳的风险,需加强监测;2)溜井围岩最大拉应力出现在标高为-278.12 m附近,其值为1.58 MPa,超过了岩体最大抗拉强度;溜井围岩最大位移出现在标高为-281.74 m附近,其值为13.8 cm,在标高为-292^-264 m时,产生了较大的塑性破坏。This paper is inclined to report the stability analysis of the main chute based on the complex geological modeling technology and geometric cross-scale model-building technology. For the research purpose,we have obtained the relevant parameters of the rock mass with the conversion method of the rock mechanics,such as M·Georgi law,Fesenko law and Hoek-Brown law based on the rock physic-mechanics parameters through indoor laboratory tests and the rock mass quality evaluation RMR data. According to the engineering practice of our major lead-zinc ore mining activity,we have gained the 3D information of the chute collapse by adopting the capacity monitoring system( CMS). Furthermore,we have developed a three-dimensional numerical analysismodel so as for us to investigate the stability of the main chute by means of the complex geological modeling method,i. e. the SURPAC and the FLAC3 D. The results indicate that a serious deformation tends to appear with the surrounding rocks at the depth of-264 m to- 292 m( i. e. the impacted area of chute). The tensile stress of the gob rock has been found remarkable at the depth of- 278. 12 m with the maximum value of 1. 58 MPa. It is also be possible to disclose the maximum vertical displacement of 13. 8cm at the depth of- 281. 74 m,all of which can serve as a clearcut evidence of the plastic zone between the depth of- 264 m and that of- 292 m. Thus,it can be concluded that there exists instability hazard for the chute under study,which makes it of great necessity to strengthen the regular monitoring and careful observation. In order to reinforce the chute,we have made two proposals,i. e.( 1) Protection has to be provided to enhance the wear resistance,hard material protection for the chute from being damaged,and( 2) To reduce the impact and friction of the ore and rock in the reinforcement area for the chute with the artificial packing ore or wear rubber lining board.
