摘  要:以长期运行的闭合式循环水养殖系统(Recirculating Aquaculture System,RAS)中的养殖废水为处理对象,采用序批式厌氧/缺氧/好氧(SBR-A^2/O)工艺研究不同碳磷比(COD/ρ(P))对养殖废水脱氮除磷的影响。结果表明:对于TN在50~70 mg/L的RAS废水,当COD/ρ(P)<19.85时,TN和TP去除率较低,随COD/ρ(P)升高,去除率逐渐增加;在COD/ρ(P)≥19.85时,TN和TP去除稳定,平均去除率分别为62.38%±8.33%和62.44%±4.97%。维持COD/ρ(P)在25~30进行试验,RAS废水中各污染物去除稳定,水体中TN、TP、NO-3-N、PO3-4-P、NH_4^+-N和NO-2-N的平均去除率分别为60.61%、62.69%、60.21%、60.46%、45.55%和84.94%。进水为高质量浓度NH_4^+-N((16.07±1.09)mg/L)废水的条件下,COD/ρ(P)<22.49时,出水NO-2-N远高于进水,积累明显;COD/ρ(P)≥22.49时,NO-2-N去除率可达100%;NH_4^+-N的平均去除率为87.29%。This paper is aimed to introduce its study on how to use the anaerobic / anoxic / aerobic process in a sequential bath reactor( SBR- A2/ O) for recircularly treating the aquaculture sewage under different COD / ρ( P) rates. As in the common practice,sewage from the recirculating aquaculture system( RAS) tends to be troubled by the nitrate and phosphate accumulation. And,in the case of the RAS sewage under discussion,it is also high for its contents of nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,and phosphate concentrations,which happen to be 50- 70 mg / L,50- 80 mg / L,and 9. 4- 10. 7 mg / L,respectively. And,in turn,the results of our experiments also indicate that the removal efficiencies of the total nitrogen and total phosphorus remain low with the COD / ρ( P) ratio being lower than 19. 85 but tends to rise significantly with the increase of the COD / ρ( P) ratio. On the other hand,while the COD / ρ( P) ratio accounts for over 19. 85,the removal efficiencies of the total nitrogen and that of phosphorus tend to keep stable with their average removal rate being 62. 38% ±8. 33% and 62. 44% ± 4. 97% in treating the recirculative aquaculture sewage by way of SBR- A2/ O process,respectively. And,inthe case of treating the COD / ρ( P),their ratio may account for the range between 25 to 30 in water in the last stage of the experiment whereas the removal rates of the total nitrogen,the total phosphorus,nitrate,phosphate,ammonia,and nitrite can all be kept in a relatively stable state with an average removal efficiencies of 60. 61%,62. 69%,60. 21%,60. 46%,45. 55%,and 84. 94%,respectively.What is necessary to be pointed out is that the high ammonia concentration in the influent is endowed with a great effect on the SBR-A2/ O process. For example,if the ammonia concentration of( 16. 07± 1. 09) mg / L and COD / ρ( P) ratio is less than 22. 49 mg / L in the sewage of RAS,a great impact would be made by COD / ρ( P) on the SBR- A2/ O process,which can significantly promote the effluent nitrite
