摘 要:研究了在微生物生长的不同时期投加混凝剂聚合氯化铝(Polyaluminium Chloride,PAC)对好氧颗粒污泥形成进程及污泥特性的影响。结果表明:反应器内微生物在1~7 d处于适应期,8~14 d处于对数增长期;在对数期、适应期投加PAC,成熟颗粒形成于第21d、26 d,分别比不加混凝剂的对照组提前了14 d及9 d;对数期投加PAC所形成颗粒的强度、密度、含水率(98.53%、1.059 1 g/cm3、92.76%)明显优于适应期投加PAC的(97.68%、1.038 0 g/cm3、94.36%)及对照组的(97.81%、1.045 5 g/cm3、95.04%)。研究表明,选择在对数期向反应器内投加PAC强化造粒可以显著加快颗粒化进程,并提高污泥颗粒的稳定性和沉降性。In this paper,the study focus has been put on the impact of the application time choice of polyaluminium chloride( PAC) dosage on the formation of the aerobic granular sludge.As is known,the main problem affecting the efficiency of the aerobic granular sludge application technology is the long cultivation period of the matured granules. In order to speed up the cultivation process,we have done experiments to test the growing cycle of the microbes in the SBR reactor under general cultivation conditions,and the influence of the choice of dosing timing on the formation process and the features of the aerobic granular sludge under different cultivation circumstances. The results of our study show that the whole process can be divided into three phases,that is,the adaptive phase,the logarithmic phase and the matured phase during a period of 35 days. To be exact,the first week should be the adaptive phase of the microbial growth whereas the second week is the logarithmic stage. And,in turn,the last phase is the matured phase. Generally speaking,the aerobic granular sludge can be matured on the 35 th day of the cultivation on the condition with no PAC being added to the reactor. However,the results of our experiments show that,when PAC is added during the logarithmic phase,the aerobic granular sludge can be matured only on the 21 st day. However,if PAC is added during the adaptive phase,the aerobic granular sludge can be matured on the 26 th day. The intensity,density and moisture content of mature particles on the condition when PAC is added during the logarithmic stage may account for 98. 53%,1. 059 1 g / cm3,92. 76%,respectively,which is superior than adding PAC during the adaptive phase( 97. 68%,1. 038 0 g / cm3,94. 36%). In addition,with no PAC added,the intensity,density and moisture content of mature particles can only be 97. 81%,1. 045 5 g /cm3,95. 04%,respectively. Thus,it can be seen that adding PAC to the reactor during the logarithmic stage of the microbial growth can effectively intensify the format
