碗扣式钢板模板支架的承载力检测分析

摘　　要：由于碗扣式钢管模板支架具有独特性,在各类建筑工程中得到了普遍的应用,而对碗扣式钢板模板支架的承载力进行检测时一直存在检测不准确,时间长的问题。提出一种新的碗扣式钢板模板支架的承载力检测分析方法,通过对基本碗扣式钢板模板支架进行分析,确定碗扣式钢板模板支架稳定参数及出现失稳的原因,并根据出现失稳的原因,给出检测条件,通过分别对刚接模板支架与铰接模板支架的承载力进行检测,完成对碗扣式钢板模板支架的承载力检测分析。其获得的结果准确性高,效率快。Because the bowl type steel pipe formwork has characteristics of uniqueness,has been widely used in various types of construction projects,when test bearing capacity of bowl type steel formwork,test results was not accurate,and consume time.A new bowl type detection method is put,forward the basic bowl type steel formwork is analyzed,the bowl steel template scaffold stability parameter and the reasons of templates support of instability is determined.According to the reasons of instability,the test conditions is provided,the bearing capacity of Just answer the template scaffold and articulated template bracket are detected,detection and analysis the bearing capacity of complete the bowl type steel formwork are competed.The obtained results is accuracy,and have high efficiency.
