摘 要:综述国内外棉花加工中机械式清理和气力清理的研究现状和发展趋势。分析机械式清理、气力清理、气力-机械力协同清理几种方式的优势与劣势。指出机械式清理的清理效率较气力清理的高,清理效率和自动化程度的提高是其重点研究方向,而气力、气力-机械力协同清理方式尽管清理效率较低,但对棉纤维无损伤,具有良好的发展前景。提出对气力、气力-机械力协同清理机理,以及相关的气固耦合理论、棉纤维和杂质耦合理论、棉纤维和杂质的柔性体建模等进行深入研究,建立理论支撑,气力清理设备的研发和改进才能高效有序地进行。This paper reviews the research status and development trends of mechanical cleaning and pneumatic cleaning in cotton processing, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several cleaning ways. It is pointed that how to improve the removing effi- ciency and the degree of automation is the key research direction, and that the removing efficiency of mechanical cleaning is higher than that of pneumatic cleaning. However, the synergistic cleaning of pneumatic cleaning and pneumatic-mechanical ways has good prospects because of its cleaning without damages. We propose that only after the cleaning mechanisms and the coupling theories are further inves- tigated, can the research and development of pneumatic cleaning equipment be done in an orderly and efficient way.
