重庆市产业结构与就业结构协调发展研究

摘　　要：重庆市经济增长速度快,2014年全国领先,产业结构和就业结构变化也大。通过对重庆市三次产业结构演进和从业人员流动状况,从结构偏离度、就业弹性和劳动生产率的角度分析了重庆市产业结构和就业结构的协调性问题。得到了产业结构与就业结构间明显不协调、第三产业对就业的拉动作用相对弱于第二产业、第二产业劳动生产率远高于其他两个产业等结论。并分析了重庆市产业结构与就业结构非均衡的影响机制,提出了协调发展的对策。Ranking in the top list of china in 2014,Chongqing has developed its economy at a relatively high rate.And the structure of industrial and employment structure has also changed dramatically.Through analyzing Chongqing＇s industrial structure and flow of employees,from the perspective of the coordination between industrial structure and employment structure in structure deviation,employment elasticity,and labor productivity respectively.As a result,conclusions that industrial structure doesn＇t match up with employment structure obviously,tertiary industry is weaker than secondary industry in the pull of employment,secondary industry is much higher than the other two industries in labor productivity has been reached.And by exploring Chongqing＇s disequilibrium effect mechanism of industrial structure and employment structure,meanwhile,some countermeasures for the development of industrial structure and employment structure are put forth.
