三黄益气液不同时间给药对代谢综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究三黄益气液在不同时间给药对代谢综合征肥胖人群的疗效差别。方法:以20名健康志愿者为对照,将120名代谢综合征患者随机分为6组,分别于每天0、4、8、12、16、20点钟给予三黄益气液治疗12周,观察治疗前后患者心血管危险因素的变化,确定三黄益气液的最佳给药时间。结果:与其它各组相比,8点服药组人群除空腹血糖、甘油三酯无显著差异外,腰围、体质量指数、腰臀围比值、胰岛素抵抗指数、血清C反应蛋白、游离脂肪酸水平明显改善,差异均有显著性。结论:三黄益气液于早上8点服用,在降低代谢综合征人群肥胖、胰岛素抵抗程度,改善炎症状态,减轻致心血管病的危险性方面显著优于其它时间点给药。Objective： To study the validity of Sanhuang Yiqi decoction,a Chinese medicine preparation,on metabolic syndrome men at different delivery time. Methods： Compared with 20 healthy male volunteers,120 metabolic syndrome men were separated randomly into six groups and received San-Huang decoction for 12 weeks. Baseline characteristics,insulin resistance and inflammation cytokines were evaluated before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,compared with the groups received drug at other times,body mass index,waist,and waist-tohip ratio,insulin resistance,C-reactive protein,free fatty acid were decreased significantly in subjects who received San-Huang decoction at8 o＇clock（ P 0. 05）,while fasting blood glucose and triglyceride hardly changed. Conclusion： 8 o＇clock was best delivery time for SanHuang among all the six delivery times and the relative metabolic syndrome men could get better therapeutic efficacy.
