华北地区汉族成人面颅骨X线片性别判定的研究

摘　　要：目的研究中国汉族成人面颅骨正位X线片的量化特征,为利用面颅骨进行性别鉴定提供一种简便、高效、准确的方法,进而为准确查找尸源、缩小侦查范围提供新的技术手段。方法通过收集142例汉族成人面颅骨正位X线片的特征点数据,经SPSS统计软件对测量结果进行分析,对各项指标进行独立样本t检验,并计算各指标的回归变异系数。结果剔除了重复测量和结果不稳定的指标,保留了测量结果相对稳定、男女性别差异具有统计学意义的指标。结论建立了判别回归方程,从而得出利用华北汉族成人面颅骨X线片进行性别判定的新方法。Objective Through studying the quantification features of adult facial skulls of Han nationality in X-ray films,to establish a simple,efficient and accurate method for the sex determination from facial skulls,and to provide information for narrowing the scope of investigation and finding the source of bodies.Method The X-ray films of 142 Han adult facial skulls were collected.The features on the skulls were measured and analyzed with SPSS software.Each index was examined by t-test,and the regression variation coefficients were calculated.Results The repeated measurement results and instable indexes were eliminated.The relative stable measurement results and indexes having significant difference among genders were kept.Conclusion With the regression equation,a new method for determining the sex of Han nationality in north China by facial skull X-ray was established.
