摘 要:根据淮安测震台网地面和深井测震台站的台址噪声、仪器灵敏度等参数,选取实际地震观测数据,运用理论和统计计算方法,计算地震监测能力。研究认为:淮安测震台网可以控制网内ML 2.0地震、局部ML 1.5地震,也可控制网外部分地区ML 2.5地震;测震台网内地震监测能力理论计算结果好于统计计算,二者差值随震中距增大而逐渐减小,震中距在30 km范围内差值最大,约0.45;网内深井观测台站理论计算的震级较高,而地面观测台站则相反。Based on the noise, the sensitivity of parameters, and each station actual seismic observation data of the ground and bore-hole deep seismic seismometers, the monitoring capacity of Huaian Seismic Network is calculated by two methods, theoretical and statistical calculation. The results of two methods were analyzed. The conclusion is that Huaian Seismic Networks can control the ML 2.0 or local ML 1.5 earthquakes internal the network, and parts of ML 2.5 earthquakes outside the network. The calculated monitoring ability internal the network given by theoretical method is better than that of actual statistical computing. The difference between two methods decreases gradually with increasing of epicentral distance. The biggest difference, about 0.45, occurs within 30 km epicentral distance. Earthquake magnitude computed with deep well observation data is higher than the actual results, while that with the ground observation data is lower.
