温补脾肾法对甲减大鼠肾脏形态及体视学改变作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究温补脾肾方对甲减大鼠肾脏形态学改变的影响。方法:将30只Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分成3组,每组10只,即对照组(control)、甲减组(HT)、温补组(WB)。采用他巴唑灌胃给药造成甲减大鼠模型,然后给予温补脾肾方剂治疗4周后处死大鼠,取肾脏组织观察其形态学改变,并对其进行定量分析。结果:与甲减组相比,温补组大鼠肾小球平均面积和平均体积显著增加(P<0.05),肾小球、肾小管基底膜变薄。与对照组无显著性差异。结论:温补脾肾方可逆转甲减肾脏的形态学改变。Objective： To study the effect of morphology and stereology changes on rat kidney in hypothyroid state with warming and invigorating spleen and kidney method,in order to explore its mechanism. Methods： 30 Wistar rats half of male and female,were randomly divided into 3groups（ n = 10）,namely the controlled group（ Control）,hypothyroidism group（ HT）,and warming and invigorating spleen and kidney group（ WB）,Methimazole fed modeling hypothyroidism model,to measure the morphology and stereology changes on rat kidney from the three groups after warming and invigorating spleen and kidney method treatment four weeks. Results： Compared with the model group,the mean glomerular area and volum increased markedly. basal membrane of glomcrulus and tubular were thinning markedly; with the normal controlled group,no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion： It can reversal of hypothyroidism kidney morphological changes on rat kidney in hypothyroid state with warming and invigorating spleen and kidney method.
