滋阴清热法治疗女性阴虚质青春期后痤疮体质变化规律研究

摘　　要：目的:研究滋阴清热法治疗女性阴虚质青春期后痤疮的体质变化规律。方法:将符合诊断患者48例以青蒿鳖甲汤加二至丸内服,采用夫西地酸乳膏外搽,每日2次,30日后分析体质变化规律。结果:治疗前阴虚质46例(100%),兼夹体质39例(84.78%)、单一体质7例(15.22%),与治疗后兼夹体质18例(39.13%)、单一体质28例(60.87%,且为平和质)比较有非常显著差异(P<0.001)。治疗前兼夹体质构成及类型比较,治疗后新增单一体质类型平和质28例(60.87%),其余均发生显著变化(P<0.01)。结论:在女性阴虚质青春期后痤疮体质测定中发现有兼夹体质,采用滋阴清热法治疗后,在体质类型和构成比例均会发生明显的规律性变化,深入研究其规律性在疾病复发和疗效提高方面均将有所裨益。Objective： The research into the change rule of Yin- deficiency syndrome of female post pubescent acne with TCM treatment of nourishing Yin and clearing heat. Methods： Met the diagnosis of 48 cases to orally take Qinghao Biejia Decoction and Erzhi Pill,externally used Fusidic Acid Cream twice a day,30 days after analyzing the physical variation. Results： Yin deficiency before treatment,46cases（ 100%）,39 cases of physical and folders（ 84. 78%）,a single constitution 7cases（ 15. 22%）,and after physical therapy and folders 18cases（ 39. 13%）,28 cases of a single physical（ 60. 87%,and for the peace of nature were more significant differences（ P〈0. 001）. Before treatment and physical structure and the type of folder comparison,after a single treatment of new physical type gentleness 28cases（ 60. 87%）,the rest were a significant change（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Physical and folders found,after treatment method of using nourishing Yin and clearing heat in physical type and composition will change significantly the proportion of regular variation in the female Yin- deficiency after puberty acne physical measurement,in- depth study of its regularity and efficacy in relapse improve aspects will be beneficial.
