香芍饮治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察香芍饮治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法:选取100例气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组;其中治疗组患者50例,服用香芍饮煎剂进行治疗,对照组患者50例,口服布洛芬缓释胶囊进行治疗;观察比较两组患者疗效及临床症状变化。结果:治疗组的中医证候疗效总有效率为84.0%,显著高于对照组的总有效率44.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者痛经程度分级差异具有统计学意义,治疗组痛经程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、中医证候评分及COX痛经症状评分(Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale,CMSS)比较,治疗组均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生。结论:香芍饮能够明显改善气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者的痛经症状,对治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经具有较好的临床效果,值得广泛应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xiangshao Decoction on patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea. Methods： 100 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group in this study. 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xiangshao Decoction and 50 patients in the controlled group were given oral administration Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules. The clinical effect and symptom of two groups were observed. Results： The therapeutic effect of basic syndrome of TCM was 84. 0%,which was significantly higher than that（ 44. 0%） of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. There were significantly differences in dysmenorrhea degree between two groups after treatment,the dysmenorrhea degree of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,Visual Analogue Scale（ VAS） and TCM syndrome grade and Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale（ CMSS） of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. There were no serious complications in both two groups during treatment. Conclusion： Xiangshao Decoction has better effect in releasing the symptom of dymenorrhea than Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules. It is a curative effect for treating Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea,and worth of wide application in clinic.
