中药联合埋线治疗抗子宫内膜抗体阳性46例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察治疗抗子宫内膜抗体(Em Ab)阳性致免疫性流产或不孕的中医治疗方法。方法:治疗组46例,采用中药自拟滋肾活血汤内服,联合穴位埋线的中医治疗方法;对照组32例,用免疫抑制剂地塞米松、阿司匹林口服。结果:治疗组有效率为91.3%,妊娠率为43.47%;对照组总有效率为68.75%,妊娠率为15%。结论:滋肾活血汤内服联合穴位埋线外治的治疗方法治疗Em Ab阳性疗效显著。Objective： To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine treatment method for the treatment of anti- endometrial antibody（ Em Ab） positive immune abortion or infertility. Methods： 46 cases in the treatment group,using traditional Chinese medicine Zishen Huoxue Decoction,combined with acupoint catgut embedding treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. 32 cases in the controlled group,oral immunosuppressant dexamethasone and aspirin. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 3%,the pregnancy rate was 43. 47%. The controlled group was 68. 75%,the pregnancy rate was 15%. Conclusion：The treatment method of Zishen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy for treatment of Em Ab positive has good curative effect.
