摘 要:目的探讨绩效管理结合分级岗位设置在手术室管理中的应用。方法将手术室护理岗位分设为A、B、C三个岗位,B岗位增设1、2、3级,制定各岗位职责及任职条件,同时从手术数量、复杂程度及质量、理论及技能、科研成果及团队建设等方面建立月、年绩效考核制度。比较考核制度实施前后,护理人员理论考核成绩、手术操作合格率及科研任务的达标率,2012年与2013年手术室医师、患者满意度及护士自身职业满意度。结果考核制度实施前后护理人员理论考核、手术操作合格率及科研任务的达标率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2013年度手术室医师(P<0.05)、患者(P<0.05)满意度及护理人员的职业满意度(P<0.05)较2012年均有提高。结论在医院手术室中应用绩效管理结合分级岗位设置的管理机制,能够显著提高护理工作质量及护理人员积极性,具有一定的应用及借鉴价值。Objective To explore the application of performance management combined with position settings on the operating room management. Methods nursing posts in operating room were divided into A,B,C,B post was divided 3 levels. The management responsibility and qualification were set standard, and the Monthly and Yearly performance management rules in details were set from the surgery quality,complexity and quantity, theoretical knowledge and skill,scientific research adnievements,team construction. Compared the score of the oretical examination,the operation qualification rate, research task achievement before and after the performance management was performed.physicians, patient and nurse satisfaction in 2012 and 2013. Results There are statistical significances in the score of thearetical examination,the operation qualification rate,research task achievements before and after the management was performed(P0.05).physicians(t=2.65,P〈0.05), patient(t=3.12,P〈0.05)and nurse(Z=8.245,P〈0.05)satisfaction all have improved significantly. Conclusion Performance management combined with position settings can significantly improve the quality of nursing work and nursing enthusiasm,has higher application and reference value.
