个性化护理在泌尿外科高龄住院患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理在泌尿外科高龄住院患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2009年1月-2013年5月泌尿外科高龄住院患者180例,按实施人性化护理前后分为2组,对照组与实验组各90例。对照组实施泌尿外科常规护理,实验组在此基础实施个体化护理方案,比较2组患者术后生活自理能力改善情况;并发症的发生情况;并发病症状改善情况及住院天数。结果实验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,生活自理能力高于对照组,并发病症状改善情况优于对照组,平均住院天数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对不同患者根据其特点采用不同的个性化护理方案,有利于增加患者依从性,降低并发症发生率,改善自我护理能力,缩短住院天数。Objective To figure out the application effect of individualized nursing to old patient in urologic surgical department. Methods180 cases of senile patients in urology were selected from January 2009 to May 2013 in our hospital and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Each group had 90 cases. Patients in control group were received normal nursing,patients in experimental group were received individualized nursing. Two groups of patients were compared in the rate of postoperative complication and self- care ability,the symptom improvement of complications and length of hospital stay. Results The incidence of complications in experimental group was more than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The self- care ability,the symptom improvement of complications in the intervention group were better than that of the control group（（ P〈0. 05）. The hospital duration in experimental group was shorter than that of the control group（（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing is beneficial to reduce postoperative complications and improve self- care ability,improve the postoperative symptoms,shorten the length of hospital duration.
