摘　　要：主要叙述利用半导体制冷片实现对小空间的恒温设计，具体介绍低噪声放大器恒温盒体设计及恒温处理方法，分析了半导体制冷片的加热、制冷工作原理和过程。Constant temperature for small space is realized with using semiconductor coolers. Thermostat housing design and thermostatic processing method of low noise amplifier are introduced in detail. The working principle and process of heating and refrigeration for semiconductor coolers are analyzed.
