摘 要:宁武盆地主力煤层太原组9~#煤埋深300 m^1 500 m,厚度8 m^14 m,区域内分布稳定,含气性较好。由于煤层具有多孔、松散、弱胶结、高滤失性等特点,活性水压裂造缝困难,地面施工压力高,波动大,易砂堵,施工成功率低。通过室内研究,优选环保型低浓度低摩阻清洁压裂液提高液体效率和携砂性能,采用低起步变排量控制缝高、高比例前置液造缝的工艺思路,实现提高施工成功率目的。现场试验表明,压裂施工成功率100%,施工压力平稳,具有广阔的应用前景。The main coal seam of Taiyuan coal group Ningwu basin 9~#depth is 300 m~1 500 m,8 m~14 m thickness. The features of porous, loose, weak cementation, high filtration of the coal layer, resulting in difficult forming of main crack in the fracture process, difficult sand adding, ground construction pressure high, easy to cause sand plug, and then great difficulty in construction. Through laboratory study, the selection of environmental protection type of low concentration and low friction clean fracturing fluid, with low starting process thought high proportion of pad fluid variable displacement, and through the variable displacement control fracture height, improve the liquid viscosity reducing filter loss, increase the proportion of preflush created fracture and other measures, and ultimately the formation of cracks in the main seam fracturing main network system, to achieve the purpose of improving the single well productivity. Field test shows that, this technology is conducive to the formation of the main crack, the construction of stable pressure, high success rate, flowback fluid nontoxic, and has broad application prospects.
