摘　　要：本文从区域旅游规划和区域旅游竞争力的概念和构成分析入手,指出他们之间的直接影响关系,以鄂西生态文化旅游圈为例,重点分析规划内容对该区域旅游竞争力的影响,并指出这种影响是积极的、有利的。regional tourism planning plays a very important role in the development of regional tourism industry. This paper analyzes the concept and composition of regional tourism planning and regional tourism competitiveness, and points out the direct influence between them.Taking ecological and cultural tourism zone of western Hubei as an example, especially analyzing the influence of the planning content on the regional tourism competitiveness. Then pointed out that this effect is positive and favorable, the regional tourism planning and development can have a significant impact on the competitiveness of regional tourism.
