技术创新效率对我国制造业出口产品质量升级的影响研究

摘　　要：文章从技术创新路径的视角研究了技术创新效率对出口产品质量升级的影响。理论层面，探讨了技术研发效率、技术转化效率和综合技术创新效率对出口产品质量的影响机制。经验层面，利用2000-2013年中国制造业行业层面的贸易数据，以修正的H—S模型测算了我国制造业26个子行业的出口产品质量．然后进行了总体和分类别的实证检验。结果发现，综合技术创新效率的提高显著促进出口产品质量升级；技术研发效率对出口产品质量升级的影响在高技术行业体现的最为显著：技术转化效率对出口产品质量升级最大的影响效应存在于中技术行业。基于此，文章得出了相应的政策建议。This paper studies how the efficiency of technological innovation will upgrade the quality of export products through technology innovation. The mechanism of the effect of R＆D efficiency, technology transfer efficiency and comprehensive efficiency on export product quality is respectively discussed on the theoretical level. At the experience level, the empirical results based on the amended H-S model and China＇s manufacturing 26 sub-sector samples from 2000 to 2013 show that： the improved comprehensive efficiency can significantly upgrade the quality of export products. The R＆D efficiency of export product quality is proved to have the most significant impact in the high-tech industry. While, in the medium-tech industry, the technology transfer efficiency of quality of export products illustrates the maximum impact. Based on this finding, this paper presents some corresponding policy recommendations.
