摘　　要：替格瑞洛是一种新型口服抗血小板药物,具有起效快、药效维持时间长等特点。随着临床应用的增加,其不良反应逐渐显现出来,主要有出血、呼吸困难、心律失常和心室停搏、痛风和肾脏损害。本文归纳并整理了近几年国内外有关替格瑞洛的文献报道和临床研究,对其引起的不良反应及机制进行综述。Ticagrelor is a novel oral antiplatelet drug characterized by rapid and long-time efficacy. With the increase of clinical application,the adverse reactions are increased. The side effects include bleeding,dyspnea,arrhythmia and ventricular arrest,gout and kidney damage. In this paper we sorted the literatures and clinical researches of ticagrelor reported in recent years,home and abroad,and summarized the adverse reactions of ticagrelor and the mechanism.
