摘　　要：文章介绍了我国卫生法律体系建构研究的已有成果,认为这一建构应当以健康权为逻辑起点,并对建构的基本原则、基本框架以及内容提出了建议。This paper introduced the existing research results of health legal system construction in China country, argued that health legal system construction in China should take health right as a logical starting point,and put forward some suggestions on the basic principles of construction, the basic framework and content.
