摘  要:目的:系统评价美皮康敷料在无创通气压疮预防中的应用效果。方法:检索中国知网、维普和万方数据库,对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入5篇,文献研究性质均为随机对照试验。Meta分析结果显示,压疮发生率的合并效应量相对危险度(Relative risk,RR)为:0.13(95%-CI:0.07,0.24),I、II期与III、IV期压疮发生率合并RR分布为0.14(95%-CI:0.08,0.26)和0.14(95%-CI:0.02,1.07),提示美皮康对压疮以及不同严重程度的压疮均具有显著预防作用;结论:美皮康敷料对无创通气造成的压疮具有预防作用,值得临床推广应用。[ Objective]To evaluate mepilex border in application of noninvasive ventilation in the prevention of pressure ulcer. [Method] With retrieving CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database, retrieval theme of Mepilex prevention noninvasive ventilation pressure ulcer; the included literature data were extracted and analyzed by meta - analysis. [ Result] A total of 5 literatures were included in this study, which were randomized controlled trials. Meta- analysis results showed that the rate of the combined effect of the amount of pressure ulcers occur relative risk (relative risk (RR) : 0.13 (95 % - CI: 0.07, 0.24 ), the incidence of Ⅰ, Ⅱand Ⅲ and Ⅳ bedsore rate pooled RR distribution is 0.14 (95% - CI:0.08, 0.26) and 0.14 (95% - CI:0.02, 1.07) and all that Mepilex border of bedsore and different severity of pressure ulcer has significant effect of prevention; [ Conclusion] Mepilex of non- invasive ventilation caused by pressure ulcer has significant preventive effect and be worthy of clinical application.
