摘 要:对近年来废泥建材化研究与应用进行了陈述、分析、总结和展望。发现淤泥、污泥、工业渣泥能够制造出性能优异的陶粒、砖、水泥;废泥生产建筑材料要按照性能测试分析、掺料掺量确定、工艺及参数确定、室内试验、中试试验、投入生产的顺序依次进行;废泥烧结建材时重金属在烧结后活性可能增强,添加水玻璃后可降低其活性;利用海港航道疏浚海淤泥烧结砖或陶粒除盐技术至关重要,已有多种技术可供参考;未来应研究废泥生产建材技术的环境影响及相应补救措施,启动和推进标准、工法的编制,加强技术和产业鼓励政策的宣传,引导和监管技术的规范化运营。Researches on the utilization of waste sediment for producing building materials in recent years are stated,analyzed and summarized. Ceramic,brick,cement with superior performance can be produced by sediment,sludge,and industrial slag. The utilization of sediment should be carried out in the following sequence: Material test and analysis,determination of the admixture content,manufaturing routine and key parameters,laboratory test,pilot test,formal producing. The activity of heavy metals in sediment may be enhanced after being sintered,and can be reduced by adding sodium silicate. Desalting technology is very important when brick or ceramic is burned with sea sediment dredged from sea harbor or sea channel. A variety of desalting techniques were proposed,whose features were compared. The environmental impact of the technology and the corresponding remedies should be studied. The establishment of standards is necessary to be promoted. To guide and supervise the operational standardization of techniques, the propaganda and industrial encouraging policies need to be strengthened.
