摘 要:针对苏州世界乒乓球锦标赛装配式钢结构临时看台,首先介绍材料选取、截面设计以及装配式节点构造等结构设计情况;随后,建立三维有限元模型,并根据装配式结构特点确定约束条件和边界条件;同时,结合看台结构的特点,定义了7种活荷载工况,并开展结构内力分析,讨论最不利内力的分布情况;最后,分析结构最不利内力组合,开展6类杆件的截面设计。结果表明:结构构件最大验算比为0.78,满足设计要求,设计时可适当考虑座椅对桁架上弦杆的约束。This paper is focused on the prefabricated steel temporary grandstands of Suzhou World Table Tennis Championships. Firstly,the contents of the structural design,such as structural materials,section design and prefabricated joint configuration,were introduced. Then,a finite element model was established,and its constraints and boundary condition were determined according to the characteristics of the prefabricated structure. Considering the functions of the temporary grandstand,7 live load cases were defined for this structure. After the mechanical analysis of the structure,discussions of the distribution of the most unfavorable inner forces were conducted. Lastly,the structure was analyzed considering the most unfavorable combination,and then the sections of the 6 members were checked. The results showed that the biggest calculation ratio of the structural members was only 0. 78,which can satisfy the demands of the design code. The constraints on the upper chords offered by the seats could be considered in design.
