摘 要:某无黏结预应力混凝土结构已使用19年,因功能改变而进行结构加固、改造,为此需进行现存预应力值的检测。介绍了为预应力检测而开发的张拉端锚具夹持设备及检测方法。通过抽取526个张拉端进行检测,测得预应力筋张拉端的预应力值;按梁内预应力筋和板内预应力筋分别进行统计分析,并进行综合统计分析。实测的预应力值统计规律对预应力混凝土结构设计、结构加固改造和结构使用中的安全性评估提供参考。An unbonded prestressed concrete structure has served for 19 years. Reinforcement and reconstruction are needed because of function change,and the existing prestress values are needed to be detected. The anchorage clamping device to detect the prestress and the detect method were introduced. Through the detection of 526 tensioning ends their prestress values were obtained. The statistics features of the prestress values in beams and in floors were analysed respectively,and a comprehensive statistics analysis was carried out. The statistics features of the prestress values tensioned 19 years ago could be used as reference for prestressed concrete structure in designing,reinforcement and reconstruction,and its safety assessment.
