摘 要:通过对2 mm厚Q235钢板试件进行铜加速醋酸盐雾(CASS)试验,得到了不同腐蚀程度的试验样品,观察腐蚀后试件的表观,并对腐蚀程度评定方法及不同评定方法下的腐蚀速率做了详细讨论。对不同腐蚀程度的试件进行拉伸试验,得到了各力学性能参数与腐蚀程度的函数关系。试验结果表明:腐蚀对钢板试件的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率均有所影响,影响试件抗拉强度、屈服强度的主要原因为腐蚀造成的试件有效横截面的减少,蚀坑、蚀渠处的应力集中现象对其影响很小,但应力集中现象对断后伸长率的影响很大。此外,通过试验数据及拟合曲线得到了2 mm钢板的腐蚀临界点。CASS test of 2 mm Q235 steel plate specimen was carried out,the test samples with different corrosion degree were gotten,the appearance of the specimens after corrosion was observed,and a detailed discussion on the corrosion level evaluation method and the corrosion rate of different evaluation methods was made. Tensile tests were carried out on specimen with different corrosion degree,the function relation between the mechanical properties and the corrosion degree was obtained. The test results showed that corrosion had an effect on steel plate specimen's tensile strength and yield strength,break elongation,the main factors impacting specimen's tensile strength,yield strength were the less effective cross-sectional area of the specimen,the influence of stress concentration in the pit and the corrosion channel was very small,But the stress concentration phenomenon has a great influence on percentage elongation. In addition,through the test data and the fitting curve the corrosion critical point of steel plate of 2 mm was got.
