摘  要:根据呼图壁河青年渠首河道的地形地貌条件,在整体水工模型试验的基础上,布置了双坝式引水渠首。渠首上坝形成外库,下坝形成内库。当外库泄洪冲沙闸关闭时,用于沉淀推移质泥沙,起到沉沙池的作用。当冲沙闸开启冲沙时,上坝与左岸形成一冲沙槽,使水流集中,用以冲洗槽中的泥沙。通过有效的运行管理对沉积在内、外库中的泥沙进行不定期的冲沙清淤,不但提高了引水质量,也会大大提高工程的使用寿命。该工程投入运行后,渠首工程的除沙效果好、排沙能力增强,提高了供水保证率。In accordance with the geographic and geomorphic conditions for the channel of the headworks for Qingnian Canal of Hutubihe River,a layout of dual-dam diversion headworks is worked out on the basis of a whole hydraulic model test. For the headworks,the upper dam forms an outer reservoir,while the lower dam forms an inner reservoir. When the flood-discharging and sand-sluicing gate of the outer reservoir is closed,it plays the role of a desilting basin for depositing the bed-load sediment.When the gate is opened for desilting,the upper dam forms a sediment flushing chute with the left bank for concentrating the water flow to flush the sediment in the chute. Through effective operation and management,the sediments inside of both the outer and inner reservoirs are aperiodically flushed and desilted,from which not only the water diversion quality is to be enhanced,but the service life of the headworks is also to be largely prolonged. After putting into operation,the desilting effect of the headworks is better along with the improvement of the desilting capacity,thus the water supply guarantee rate is enhanced as well.
