摘  要:以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(GO4)作为苯丙乳液的改性剂,采用半连续乳液聚合法制得了核壳型氟硅改性的苯丙乳液。讨论了乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、交联剂用量以及改性剂用量对乳液单体转化率的影响,并对改性乳液和未改性乳液进行了性能测试。结果表明,改性后的苯丙乳液比未改性的苯丙乳液转化率高,涂膜吸水率低,耐溶剂性好;乳胶膜的红外光谱测试表明单体已经反应完全且氟硅单体已接枝到共聚物中;粒径分析和TEM测试则说明乳胶粒粒径较小,呈核壳型结构且粒径分布均匀。Using vinyl triethoxysilane (VTES) and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (GO4) as modifier,a modified styrene-acrylic emulsion having core/shell structure was prepared via semi-continunous emulsion polymerization. The influence of dosage of emulsifier,initiator, crosslinking agent and modifier on the conversion of monomer was studied. The performante of the modified and unmodified emulsion was tested respectively. The results showed that the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion had a higher conversion, lower water absorption and better solvent resistance as compared with the unmodified emulsion. The result of FT-IR indicated that the monomers had been reacted completely, meanwhile, the fluorine-and silicacontaining monomers were grafted to the polymers. The particle size analysis and TEM testing resuh showed that the latex particle having core-shell structure exhibited small particle size and good distribution.
