摘 要:在热泵热水器名义工况下,基于换热器中传热窄点温差的限制,对R32/R290二元混合制冷剂在不同质量配比下热泵循环系统特性进行了热力学计算分析。结果表明,相同工作条件下,混合制冷剂R32/R290的最优质量配比为16/84,系统制热性能系数COPh为4.644,较R22系统提高了6.7%,分别比纯质的R32和R290系统高出3.2%和16.8%;在最优质量配比下,系统冷凝压力为2.308MPa,系统压比为2.793,压缩机排气温度为71.88℃。Under the normal working condition of heat pump water heater system, the thermodynamic performance of the system using different mass fraction of R32/R290 mixture as refrigerant was theoretically analyzed and compared based on heat transfer pinch point in heat exchangers. Under the same working conditions, the maximum value of the system COPh should at- tained to 4. 644 at which the mass fraction of R32/R290 was 16/84, and that was increased by 6.7% , 3.2% and 16.8% re- spectively compared to that of R22, R32 and R290 system respectively. For the system of the mixture at the mass fraction of 16/ 84, the system condensation pressure was 2.308MPa, the pressure ratio was 2. 793, and the discharge temperature of compressor was 71.88℃.
