MSCT对结石性胆囊炎症时胆囊管及胆囊动脉成像的研究

摘　　要：目的 利用MSCT评估结石性胆囊炎症时胆囊管及胆囊动脉的显示情况。方法 103例结石性胆囊炎患者（实验组）和71例非胆囊疾病患者（对照组）行MSCT胆囊动脉及胆囊管成像，记录其显示情况并行统计学分析。结果 （1）胆囊管显示率：实验组为93.2%（96/103），对照组为100%（71/71），2组有显著统计学差异（P〈0.05），实验组中不能显示的7例均来自急性胆囊炎症组，该组胆囊管显示率为77.4%（24/31）；胆囊动脉显示率：实验组与对照组均为100%。（2）胆囊管走行变异率：实验组为10.4%（10/96），对照组为18.3%（13/71），2组无显著统计学差异（P〉0.05）；胆囊动脉走行变异率：实验组为13.5%（13/96），对照组为15.5%（11/71），2组无显著统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论 结石性胆囊炎症时，利用CT检查能较好评估胆囊管及胆囊动脉。胆囊急性炎症时，胆囊管显示相对较差。Objective To assess the displaying of the cystic artery and the cystic duct in calculus cholecystitis patients using MSCT. Methods One hundred and three patients with calculus cholecystitis （the experimental group） and 71 patients with non-gallbladder disease （the control group） performed the cystic artery and the cystic duct imaging using MSCT. The data in two groups were recorded and statistical analyzed. Results （1） The display rate of the cystic duct were 93.2% （96/103） in the experimental group and 100% （71/71） in the control group with the significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05 ）. 7 cases whose cystic ducts could not displayed in the experimental group were all the acute cholecystitis,and the display rate of the cystic duct in the acute cholecystitis was 77.4 % （24/31）. The display rate of the cystic artery were 100% in both the experimental and control group. （2） The variation rate of the cystic duct running were 10.4% （10/96） in the experimental group and 18. 3% （13/71） in the control group with no significant difference between the groups （P〉0.05）. The variation rate of the cystic artery running were 13.5 % （13/96） in the experimental group and 15.5 % （11/71） in the control group. There was no significant difference between the groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The cystic duct and the cystic artery could be evaluted well in calculus cholecystitis using CT. The displaying of the cystic duct is relatively poor in acute cholecystitis.
