摘　　要：通过对美国中东部地区10个奶牛场的考察,了解到该地区的奶牛生产系统是种养一体化。泌乳牛的粗饲料组成是1/3苜蓿青贮+2/3玉米青贮,奶牛全舍饲于开放式牛舍,粪污主要有3种处理方式。奶牛泌乳期产奶量达到11 t以上,且属于优质牛奶。Through the investigation of 10 dairy investigation from eastern United Stales,we learned that cows production system in the region is the integration of breeding.Roughage composition of lactating cows is 1/3 alfalfa silage and 2/3 corn silage,all cows are feeding in the open barn,there are three main septage treatment,the milk production in lactation amounted to more than 11 tons.and these are all high-quality milk.
